1. Front Office Support Specialist
We are seeking a long-term, full-time front office support specialist to add to our team.
Pet parents expect to be welcomed by a friendly, professional, and well-trained front office. This position is critical in supporting our mission statement by providing the best possible service to our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties/responsibilities in the fast-paced environment include:
- answering multi-line phone system
- accurately scheduling appointments for 6 veterinarians
- providing top notch customer service to clients and patients
- strong attention to detail
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask
- other administrative duties as assigned
Must be available to work: Monday-Friday 7AM-6PM; Saturday 8:30AM-12:30PM
Qualifications and Skills
Candidate must be an animal lover and have at least 1 year experience as a receptionist or front desk staff member. Veterinary or animal experience preferred.
Strong computer skills are required. Mastery of our veterinary specific software is vital to the successful completion of the training program.

2. Associate Veterinarian
We are seeking a sixth veterinarian with exotic experience to join our small animal practice. At least 3 years of experience with reptiles, birds, and exotics is preferred. Great hours with no on-call or after-hours emergencies.
